Hi, I’m Vern Tolman, and I’m passionate about helping people lose weight, tone up, build muscle, feel great, and finally achieve the body they’ve always wanted. My workouts are fun but designed to deliver results. I know firsthand how intimidating it can be to start a fitness journey.


I used to be out of shape, low energy, and not as confident as I wanted to be. I decided to do whatever it took to get in the shape I dreamed of. The road was challenging, but it was so worth it. Along the way, I gained confidence, learned a lot about myself, and realized I wanted to help others on that same journey.


With a background in Exercise Science from Sacramento State College and plenty of hands-on experience, I’m confident I can help you tackle any fitness goal. I take the time to create personalized programs specific to your exact needs, ensuring you get the best possible results. Let’s take this journey together!
