Yes, we take pride in keeping our gym clean and well-maintained, regularly sanitizing the equipment to ensure a safe and healthy training environment. Every couple of weeks our studio undergoes a deep clean.
Are there shower facilities available?
Yes, we have two private shower rooms available for clients who need to freshen up after their training session with toiletries.
Is there a locker room available?
While a locker room is not available, we do have cubby storage(s) with 24/7 camera surveillance.
Are there changing rooms available?
Yes, we offer three changing rooms that are available for clients who need to change before or after their training session.
Is there a water fountain available?
Yes, there is an Elkay water fountain available for clients to fill up their water bottles.
Are towels provided?
We provide hand towels, but we ask clients to bring their own bath towel for showering.
