I have always been athletic and in shape until I had my kids within 13 months of each other. All mothers out there can relate to the enormous changes our bodies go through. I was not seeing results by running so I decided to give Vlad a try. Vlad helped me with a great macro program (fats/carbs/protein) in addition to a weekly workout.

I have been going to the gym for a few years now but I wasn’t getting the results I wanted working out by myself. I started doing Vlad’s high intensity circuits and noticed a difference within a few weeks. I got more toned and defined and developed more endurance. I then got pregnant and continued his circuits up until I was 20 weeks. He then advised me for my safety to stop the circuits. I then hired him for one on one sessions.

I felt very safe training with him because anytime I gave him an update from the Dr. or how I was feeling he would modify anything as I got further along in the pregnancy. He has given me the training and workouts needed to get me though the rest of my pregnancy and according to my Dr I’m one of the most fit pregnant ladies she’s had.

I’m almost 36 weeks now and continuing with his workouts. After I have my baby and get released for exercise I’m going to work with him again.
