We're Celebrating 4 Years of Body By Vlad!

I can hardly believe it’s already been 4 years since I opened the doors to my very own studio. What started as running personal training sessions out of a small gym has grown into something far greater than I ever imagined & I owe it all to you.

We began with just one side of the building, and with your incredible support, we seized the opportunity to expand when 9Rounds closed. Now, Body By Vlad is not only larger but also stronger, more vibrant, and filled with a community that truly inspires me every single day.

Your dedication, trust, and belief in what we’re building together have made this journey possible. It’s not just about transforming your bodies; it’s about transforming lives, and in many ways, you’ve transformed how we do business.‍

My team is growing, our studio space is expanding, and with each step forward, I'm reminded that my success is your success.
