How do your programs work?

Here are the 4 steps broken down:

STEP 1:

Choose a Package

We have a variety of packages to choose from. Pick the one that works best for you.

STEP 2:

Fill Out the Request a Consultation Form.

This form will be the Key needed to create your customized program, it will help us learn what you’re expecting & how BBV can exceed those expectations.

STEP 3:

Schedule Consultation.

After the form has been submitted, we will send you an automatic email linked to our online calendar. There you will be able to schedule a consultation.

STEP 4:

Meet with Trainer to begin transformation.

After you have confirmed a time slot in the email, we will meet at our gym where we will discuss your goals & how BBV can help achieve them.

I have never had a trainer before, what should I expect?

Our knowledgeable trainers will create a customized exercise program for you, designed to help you reach your unique health and fitness goals. They will also take into account special considerations (e.g. existing medical condition, pregnancy, post-rehabilitation, medications taken, etc) when creating a program exclusively for you. We will also teach you the proper mechanics of each exercise and will ensure that you are performing each with correct form, thus maximizing the efficiency of your workouts. Our trainers will also help you develop a more positive outlook on exercise by exploring options for making exercise more enjoyable, reviewing short-term progress towards goals, and assessing feeling- and mood-state changes related to exercise, thereby improving self-confidence and self-motivation.

Can I expect anything other then weight loss?

Weight loss is just one of the results our clients experience with our training program. Here is a small list of benefits our clients experience: mental clarity, stress reduction, better sleeping patterns, more energy without the crash, reduced pain in joints and back, improved balance and coordination, and improved quality of life.

What is the Trainerize app?

Using the Trainerize app, an online personal training software, we create custom programs for our clients aside from personal training. Using the app, our clients have the ability to track workouts, progress, and weight loss.

What do you specialize in?

We specialize in weight loss, pain management, and nutritional coaching. We also offer strength training programs for those looking to build strength and increase performance.
